Using the Internet is the fastest and most economical way of sending us your material.

Your photos MUST be in JPG format (...'What's that?!' see here )
Your music files MUST be in MP3 format. (...'What's this?!' see here )

If after having read the pages regarding .jpg and .mp3 , you still do not know how to do that, E-mail us, or mail us your material.

Mail:

Via mail is the next solution. Be aware that photos and music files have a surcharge when we receive them by post. The reason is that we need to process them; convert them in a format which will permit fast download of your web page, once on the Web.

Text:
Your can send your text hand-written if you really cannot have access to a computer, but there will be a (small) charge for the typist. The best is obviously to E-mail your text, or to save it on a
computer disk (world or Lotus format is fine) and mail it to us.
Photos:
Mail them to us any format (A4 maximum though...). Never put a paper clip to attach a letter or whatever to a photo. This damage the photo. Colour or black & White is OK.
Music Files:
Send your CD, mini disk or tape. There is a surcharge for tapes due to processing.

From an existing Web Site:

If your photo(s) and/or music file(s) are somewhere on the world wide web, simply give us the URL and we will download them from there.

This is the quickest way, but few of you have already a web site.
